Ingredients used in this recipe are all from Naturanna Organic Foods.
  • 2 Organic Avocado
  • ½ Onion chopped(optional)
  • 2 Tomatoes deseeded
  • 1 Garlic pressed
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • ¼th teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon roasted Cumin powder
  • ½ cup Cilantro Puree
  • 1 Green Chilly (optional)
  • 1 Jalapeno deseeded
  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste.
  1. The initial step to make the perfect guacamole recipe, is to pick the right avocado which can be easily scooped with spoon and can be mashed too.
  2. Take a medium glass bowl, scoop out the flesh of avocado and mash it well. Chop jalapeno and tomatoes.
  3. Add lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, cumin powder, green chilli, salt, cilantro puree, jalapeno and tomatoes.
  4. Mix all the ingredients and add oil. Check the salt seasoning.
  5. Serve with a platter full of Dorrito chips and Guacamole.

Tex – Mex Corn Dahliya Cake

Tex - Mex Corn Dahliya Cake

Prepared with 24mantra ORGANIC ingredients.
  • 1 cup Corn Dahliya
  • ¼ th cup Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley Leaves chopped
  • 1 Basil Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 3 Garlic pods chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 Green Chilly chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin olive Oil
  • ¼th teaspoon Nigella seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilly Paste
  • Few drops of Tobasco sauce
  • 1 /2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 31/2 cups Water
  • Salt to taste
  • Salsa:
  • 2 tablespoon each of Onion, Tomato,Red Pepper, Green Pepper.
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice, Tomato Ketchup.
  • ½ teaspoon Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  1. To make the Tex- Mex Corn Dahliya Cake, first wash the dahliya.
  2. Heat a heavy bottomed pan with oil and fry the ginger, garlic , green chilly, red chilly paste,nigella seeds, salt and onion for 5 minutes.
  3. Add dahliya and fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add water and cook for 20-30 minutes with lid closed until fully cooked.
  5. Stir fry dry till it sticks the back of spoon. abpout 5 minutes.Check for salt.
  6. Finally add all the chopped herbs,tobasco and lemon juice.
  7. Pick a big glass bowl and brush oil, pour the dahliya mixture and press levelling the top.
  8. Refrigerate for atleast 30 minutes or more.
  9. Take a serving platter and cover the dahliya bowl,now turn over the bowl so the cake comes out upside down.
  10. Meanwhile prepare the salsa by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.
  11. Top the dahliya cake with salsa.
  12. Serve the slices hot or cold .

Sunny Summer Mango Salsa and Nachos

  • SALSA:
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 1 Jalapino
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 small Mango
  • 1 tspLime Juice
  • 2tsp of Coriander leaves
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 12/2 cups of Flour
  • ½tsp Salt
  • 1tsp Paprika
  • ½tsp Oregano
  • ½tsp onion powder
  • ½tsp garlic powder
  • 8tsp sunflower oil
  • Extra oil for frying.
  1. SALSA:
  2. Clean and chop the fruits and vegetables.
  3. Add lime juice and coriander leaves .
  4. NACHOS:
  5. Take a big bowl and mix all the dry ingredients.
  6. Add oil and mix well.
  7. Add water and make a dough divide in 6 balls,roll them in circles ,and cut as many triangles as possible.
  8. Deep fry the nachos and cool it.Serve with salsa.
