Delicious Hawaiian Sandwich will be your next satisfying easy dinner idea with shredded chicken in sweet, cheesy and tasty sauce. Require very little time to make and are great for backyard barbeque party. A sweet and sour thick slice of pineapple is placed on top with shredded cabbage and sliced onions at base. Chicken is tossed in Hawaiian sauce or barbecue sauce for the ultimate chunky and cheesy bite for this type of open sandwich.
Ingredients
  • 500 grams Chicken breast
  • 4 Sandwich rolls
  • 4 Pineapple rings
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 5 teaspoon Barbeque sauce
  • 20 Onion rings
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 5 teaspoon Cheese
  • 8 Tomato rings
  • ¼th cup mayonnaise
  • Few Parsley leaves
  • ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt to taste.
Instructions
  1. To make the Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich, first boil the chicken then cool it later shred it with the help of a fork.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and toss chicken with sauce, cheese, smoked paprika and parsley. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat a grilled frying pan with honey and fry the pineapple rings on high heat about 2 minutes.
  4. Mix mayonnaise and finely cut shredded cabbage in a bowl.
  5. Check for seasoning.
  6. Pick a big platter and arrange the sandwich roll base side by side.
  7. Arrange in layers from base to top with cabbage, tomato, onion, shredded chicken and pineapple rings.
  8. Cover the sandwich with bread roll top but half open.
  9. Drizzle Barbecue sauce on top and serve the sandwich.

Crabs are my favourite for weekend menus. Apart from cooking in usual tomato onion gravy, now I also use hot english mustard sauce to cook up the dish for variation and found it to be a tasty add up for my fusion cuisine. In Crab In Hot English Mustard Sauce recipe, Crabs are first boiled, then fried and at last tossed with sauce. Sesame oil is used to give a oriental flavour.
Ingredients
  • 4 Crabs
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 4 teaspoon Hot English Mustard
  • ½ cup Water
  • 5 Dry red chillies
  • Spring Onions (Scallion) , for garnish
  • Salt , to taste
Instructions
  1. To begin making the Crab In Hot English Mustard Sauce recipe, firstly boil the crab. Set it aside.
  2. Take a bowl and mix water and sauce.
  3. Heat a heavy bottomed pan/wok with oil and fry the red chillies. After a minute add the crabs and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Ater 5 minutes, add the sauce mix and coat the crabs on low flame. Check the salt and garnish with scallions.

The whole world enjoys this amazing American origin appetizer Chicken wings but flavored with spicy sauce. Here the recipe calls for honey a base ingredient for a sweet vertion to be added to make it even more yummylicious. A recipe which is equally nutritious with honey a sweeter zing and red chillies along with the rest of the ingredients to balance the sweetness and heat with asian spices. A honey appetizer to die for ,make for your guest and as an evening snack for your entire family or during the cricket and soccer months.Add the intensity of heat upto your fancy taste
Ingredients
  • 8 chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ cup Milk/ Buttermilk
  • ½ teaspoon Tobasco sauce
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • Peanut oil for frying
  • ⅔ rd cup Dabur Honey
  • 50 gram Ginger slices
  • 2 tablespoon W hite Sesame seed
  • 2 Tablespoon Mild Hot/ Extra hot chilli flakes
  • 2 teaspoon corn flour
  • 2 teaspoon Water
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped Scallion
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • Few Orange zest
Instructions
  1. To begin making the Honey Hot Wings, first clean and dry the chicken wings. Marinate with salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Take a big glass bowl for a second marination with wings, milk and tobasco. Refrigerate overnight or for atleast 30 minutes.
  3. In a ziplock large bag fill with flour,pepper, salt and parsley,add the wings and shake to coat the wings.Set aside till frying.
  4. Heat a saucepan combining honey, ginger, salt,sesame seeds, chilli flakes,all till a thick consistency is obtained after boiling for about 10- 15 minutes.
  5. Now add the cornflour and water mix and cook till 2 more minutes. Check for hot,sweet and salt balance.
  6. Meanwhile heat a wok with enough oil and fry the wings in 2 batches. Set aside.
  7. Heat a frying pan put the wings and pour the honey hot sauce over it. Toss well to coat the wings.
  8. Serve hot on a fancy platter and garnish with orange zest and scallions.
