This chocolaty drink recipe is my favourite and now I share with you to try and explore the world for a whole new tasty treat.Do you want to enjoy that perfect spicy hot chocolate ? Well, it is difficult to get the Mexican dark chocolate to enjoy the authentic flavor so you may try with regular dark chocolate to celebrate a special day in cold weather and warm up. Give it a try! It is actually sweet, spicy with real chocolate .
Ingredients
  • 6 cup Full Milk
  • 2 cup Semi Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips/ Bar
  • 2 Cinnamon Stick
  • Few Black Pepper
  • Few pinches of Chilli powder/Cayenne Pepper(OPT)
  • Few drops of Vanilla Extract
  • Few Cherries and Almonds
Instructions
  1. First heat a saucepan with milk.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler.
  3. Once it starts boiling reduce the flame and add chocolate, stir continuously till it thickens for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the dry spices and keep stirring , then add vanilla.
  5. On medium flame keep stirring to avoid sticking and let it boil to semi thick consistency for 30 seconds.
  6. Switch off the flame. Check for the exact balance of sweetness and spice.
  7. Pour hot chocolate drink in serving coffee mugs and serve with cherries and almonds on side.

Happy Cheese Lover's Day! Feed our little ones with these cheesy tots made with superfood ingredient broccoli. Pack for lunch or serve the tots for evening snack. Mustard mayonnaise is the best relish for them to enjoy. Very easy to make and can be refrigerated for next day. A light snack to serve with loads of nutrients.
Ingredients
  • 1½ cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 5 teaspoon Hot Sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼th teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cup Water
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
Instructions
  1. To make the broccoli nuggets, firstly wash and then finely chop the broccoli florets.
  2. Heat a saucepan with water, once it reach to its boiling point add the broccoli cook for4 minutes then strain and cool, squeeze out the extra water.
  3. Take a big glass bowl beat the egg, add rest of the ingredients except oil.
  4. Mix it well and check for salt and seasoning.
  5. Shape in the size of nuggets, with 2 teaspoon of mix .
  6. Once the whole batch is done, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  7. Heat a frying pan with oil , now shallow fry or deep fry the nuggets.
  8. Serve broccoli nuggets with mustard and tomato sauce.

These potato wedges are just as tasty as they look. Eat well and feel better when you choose organic potatoes to fry our all time favorite recipe. They contain enough good carbohydrate so if consumed in moderation we can benefit from their healing properties. To spice it up, add some lemon juice and hot chilli flakes to enjoy this delicious fries for a change.
Ingredients
  • 6 Red Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoon Hot Red Chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Green Chilli paste
  • A handful of Coriander leaves chopped
  • Rice Bran Oil for frying
  • Black Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. At first wash and clean the potatoes, cut each potato into eight long wedges.
  2. Heat a deep frying pan with oil and fry the wedges in few batches.
  3. Serve on a platter and sprinkle black salt and red chilli flakes on top.
  4. Take a small bowl and mix 1 teaspoon of oil, coriander leaves, green chilli paste and lemon juice.
  5. Drizzle evenly on wedges and shake the platter for few times.
  6. Serve hot with cheese sauce, salad and your favourite chicken fries.

A delicious vegan cutlet recipe made with banana flower and roasted spices covered with bread crumbs and shallow fried in oil. Common in South-East Asian cuisine, a very healthy and nutritious snack perfect for lunch or for an evening snack.
Ingredients
  • 1 medium Banana Blossom
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin Seed
  • 2 pinch Asafoetida powder
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Oil
  • 2 bread
  • ½ teaspoon roasted Cumin powder
  • ¼th teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 2 whole roasted Red Chilli Powder
  • ¼th teaspoon turmeric
  • 3 teaspoon Gram Flour powder
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. To begin with this recipe first cut, clean and chop the banana flower and then soak in salted water for 30 minutes later strain it.
  2. Heat a heavy bottomed saucepan with enough water, salt, little turmeric and banana flower. Once cooked strain the water.
  3. Heat a wok with 2 teaspoon oil.
  4. Add cumin seed , sugar, asafoetida and stir fry the banana flower till dry.
  5. Add the roasted powder, ¼th teaspoon turmeric, gram flour, and bread.
  6. Cook till the filling is ready for about 10 minutes. Check for seasoning.
  7. Make paste of this filling in a grinder.
  8. Transfer in a plate and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  9. Divide the filling in 6 cutlet balls. Now shape into flat cutlets.
  10. Fill a plate with bread crumbs, coat each cutlet with crumbs. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  11. Heat a frying pan with oil and fry both side for 5 minutes each.
  12. Serve hot in a platter with some mustard sauce.
