Delicious Hawaiian Sandwich will be your next satisfying easy dinner idea with shredded chicken in sweet, cheesy and tasty sauce. Require very little time to make and are great for backyard barbeque party. A sweet and sour thick slice of pineapple is placed on top with shredded cabbage and sliced onions at base. Chicken is tossed in Hawaiian sauce or barbecue sauce for the ultimate chunky and cheesy bite for this type of open sandwich.
Ingredients
  • 500 grams Chicken breast
  • 4 Sandwich rolls
  • 4 Pineapple rings
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 5 teaspoon Barbeque sauce
  • 20 Onion rings
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 5 teaspoon Cheese
  • 8 Tomato rings
  • ¼th cup mayonnaise
  • Few Parsley leaves
  • ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt to taste.
Instructions
  1. To make the Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich, first boil the chicken then cool it later shred it with the help of a fork.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and toss chicken with sauce, cheese, smoked paprika and parsley. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat a grilled frying pan with honey and fry the pineapple rings on high heat about 2 minutes.
  4. Mix mayonnaise and finely cut shredded cabbage in a bowl.
  5. Check for seasoning.
  6. Pick a big platter and arrange the sandwich roll base side by side.
  7. Arrange in layers from base to top with cabbage, tomato, onion, shredded chicken and pineapple rings.
  8. Cover the sandwich with bread roll top but half open.
  9. Drizzle Barbecue sauce on top and serve the sandwich.

Ingredients
  • 1 Indian Pao bread
  • 5 Organic Red Jalapenos
  • 2 Red Onion
  • 200 grams Britannia Cream Cheese
  • Few sprigs of fresh Organic Dill leaves
  • ¼th teaspoon White Pepper
  • A handful of any Salad Leaves of your choice
  • 2 teaspoon Parsley
  • 2 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Few extra Pickled Jalapeno Peppers( readymade) for garnish and extra heat.
Instructions
  1. At first wash the vegetables and dry it naturally.
  2. Brush oil on jalapeno peppers and burn the outer layer directly on medium flame turning once after one minute for each side. Cool it. Now remove the burnt skin.
  3. Cut the red jalapenos in thin circles.
  4. Mix salad leaves and cream cheese in a bowl.
  5. Chop the parsley leaves and dill, slice the onions lengthwise.
  6. Heat a frying pan with oil and add the onions to fry till slightly caramelized. Stop the flame.
  7. Lay the pao bread on serving platter, spread cream cheese on the top or connecting sidelines of pao.
  8. Top it with onions and jalapenos , sprinkle white pepper and herbs.
  9. Garnish with extra pickled jalapeno slices and dill leaves.

  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Few Basil Leaves chopped
  • 4 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 2 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Homemade Cottage Cheese
  • Few Edible Mustard Flowers
Instructions
  1. At the very beginning of this recipe, cook the pasta in salted boiling water as per package. Reserve some boiling water for later use for later addition in case the pasta gets too dried .
  2. Chop the parsley, basil, onion and garlic.
  3. Heat a medium saucepan with oil and melted butter, add the italian herbs.
  4. Fry the garlic and onion for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the tomato puree and cook till three fourth of the quantity is left.
  6. Season with salt and add the tomato paste
  7. Add the pasta and coat well with the sauce for a minute.
  8. Mix the spinach and stir for 4 minutes or less.
  9. Garnish with crumbled cottage cheese, pepper, basil and parsley on top.
  10. Serve hot on pasta platter with numbers of mustard flower of your choice.

  • 700 grams Mutton mince
  • 4 teaspoon Papaya paste
  • 2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder

  • 2 teaspoon Ginger and Garlic Paste
  • ¼th teaspoon Black Pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoon Gram Flour
  • A handful of Mint Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon Clarified Butter
  • Oil to shallow fry
Instructions
  1. To make Mutton Galouti Kabab, first take a big bowl and mix the minced mutton, lime juice, papaya paste, clarified butter and salt for one hour.
  2. Take a blender and pour in all the ingredients except oil. Blend it well with no added water.
  3. Now add the minced meat and blend well for second time.
  4. Pour it in a enclosed container and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Just before cooking take out the marinated meat from refrigerator.
  6. Heat a grilled iron pan with oil.
  7. Shallow fry palm sized equal portion of kababs , both side on medium to low flame for about 25 minutes.
  8. Alteratively one can grill or barbecue these for that smoky kabab flavor..
  9. Serve hot with cucumber and onion salad.

Ingredients
  • 200 grams Chicken Breast cubes
  • 1 teaspoon Red Wine
  • 3 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon White Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Lime juice
  • 2 teaspoon Parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoon Green chilli paste
  • ¼th teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Any Cheese Dressing
  • Yellow Mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Few Tomato cubes, Red Onion cubes, Yellow, green and Red Pepper.
  • Bamboo sticks.
Instructions
  1. First wash the chicken cubes and dry it. Skewer the chicken cubes with peppers, tomato and red onion chunky cubes alternately, in washed wet sticks.
  2. Marinate with red wine, pepper, honey, chilli paste, lime juice, garlic powder, salt and parsley for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a grilled frying pan with oil, now lay the skewered chicken sticks on it and roast for 15- 20 minutes turning all side .
  4. Serve the kabab sticks on platter, drizzle with cheese dressing of your choice and yellow mustard..
